    We recommend Nexgard Spectra for this. It covers, flea, tick, heartworm and some other intestinal worm in one chew. Once you place a regular autoship, You can login your account on our site and change the interval of the shipments easily.     You can use this product for dogs 6 weeks of age and older. However we strongly recommend to get advise from your vet before administrating any treatment.
