    Hi, Where are these shipped from, and how long does it usually take for them to get to the US?

    Petbucket is based in London, England and orders ship from the order fulfillment center in Singapore. Orders generally take 10 to 15 business days for delivery.

    The picture on the box shows drops. Doesn't heartworm medicine need to be oral? Are these dropped into the mouth or back?

    Advocate (Advantage Multi) Effective Broad Spectrum

    Our newest rescue dog tested positive for heartworms. Bad news. After considering different treatments we decided on the Moxi/Doxy protocol using Doxycycline and Moxidectin. Advocate (Advantage Multi) has been proven to have a higher rate of effectiveness than ivermectin.
