    Is this application waterproof?

    Yes it is water proof so it does not wash off your dogs after a bath or a swim ONE hour after treatment

    What do I use with advocate to kill ticks as well. Or is there a different medicine that will get fleas, ticks or mites? I presently use the advocate for My chihuahua

    If you have tick issue, we suggest that either get a tick collar or use Advantix with this product.

    I want to use this with my 17 lb Mauxie...but will adding a tick ointment as well be too much meds for her? would I stagger the doses? Thanks!

    This product is safe to use with other tick treatments according to manufacturer's label.

    Advantage Multi doesn't cover ticks. Unfortunately there is no product in the market which covers everything. So if you live in tick area, we would advise to use tick protection with Advantage Multi.
